This website is an account of the diary of one (1) Ohio BWC Certified Physician who has created the ghost writer Victor Von. There’s not much to say about who Victor Von really is because it doesn’t matter. What is important is what the reader will hear and read. In the world of Managed Care, everyone is a commodity. Victor has well over 200 recorded conversations with people from Managed Care, the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, high level people, peons, industrial Commission, IME doctors, and a boatload of work comp stakeholders straight to Governor Strickland’s office. The reader should know... in the realm of Ohio work comp... no one is safe including the reader... for anyone reading this diary is involved in or has an interest in Ohio work comp... otherwise, the reader would have no idea that this site exist. What is in this diary is the true account of what really happens to ordinary people, who at one point or instance in their life an extraordinary happening changes how they will forever view the world. How these ordinary people engage that phenomena... will trickle down to their next of kin and so on and so forth. Every year more and more injured workers, who were once just ordinary people will die. In the past three (3) years those numbers have tripled...not from their immediate injury, but from orchestrated efforts of Managed Care and big business to grab what they can from the value of the injured worker, the commodity, thru micromanaging every claim.

The Diary of the Ghost Writer is a true account... therefore... the language may be strong at times... but
8,108 Injured Workers died in 2006 while waiting for Medically Necessary treatment to be approved nearly double the number from 2003

What an arrogant ass... an insider at that OSCA tells me that John Stancil is warning me not to move forward with the book I was writing... clalled "What Every Injured Worker Should Know".
He says it could open up a can of worms. This makes me wonder who is involved in this scandel. John Stancil
was high up in the OSCA... it makes me wonder why he's relaying a message to me? What is he trying to stop? This is bizzare!
I was able to come across a popular work comp forum. I made some
contacts, although it was tuff because just about every IW in
Ohio is scared to death to talk because they fear retaliation from the Ohio BWC. I came across an
IW by the name of Jeffery Schlund. He seems very knowledgeable about the Revised and Administrative Codes...I’ll need to make arrangements for a meeting...
it is as exact detail of the true account of one (1) BWC Certified Provider and I apologize if the language seems to be too colorful
